William Penn Commons is a senior apartment building with 39 one-bedroom affordable units for those 55 years of age and older.
(This is not an assisted living facility.)
Income restrictions apply.
The facility offers a laundry room, common areas with TV, and secure entry.
Current rents are $700 per month.
